Website Launch Discount - Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion

1.1. Eligible customers can receive a 10% discount on one initial assessment and standard, full-price follow-up treatment sessions (“The Discount”).

1.2. The Discount applies exclusively to an initial assessment and subsequent follow-up treatment sessions and cannot be applied to PIP/Blue Badge Support, School Accessibility Assessments or any other product or service unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Discount, customers must meet all of the following criteria:

2.1. Customer Status: Must be a new customer to the practice (defined as an individual who has not previously booked or received treatment with us).

2.2. Initial Assessment Booking: Must arrange booking of an Initial Assessment at the discounted price of £126.00 on or before 23:59 on 30th September 2026.

2.3. Completion & Payment: Must attend, complete, and pay in full for the Initial Assessment. The assessment can take place after the 30th of September 2026 however it must be arrange prior to this date. The Discount cannot be redeemed or applied to future bookings until the Initial Assessment has been completed and fully paid for.

3. Redemption & Usage

3.1. Once qualified, the 10% Discount can be applied to eligible follow-up treatment sessions booked directly via our website or in-person.

3.2. The Discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

3.3. The Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotional code, insurance claim reimbursement package, or discounted block booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Shows

4.1. Our standard cancellation policy (outlined in our Physio Treatment Terms and Conditions) applies to all bookings, including those made under this promotion.

4.2. If an Initial Assessment is cancelled the eligibility for this promotion will be forfeited.

4.3. If a discounted follow-up session is cancelled with late notice or missed (no-show) in breach of our cancellation policy, the discount for that specific session will be lost, and standard fee/cancellation charges will apply.

5. Variation & Termination

5.1. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.

5.2. For customers who have already qualified by completing and paying for their Initial Assessment prior to any withdrawal date, the Discount will remain valid for existing bookings made prior to the announcement of the promotion’s end.

6. General

6.1. All bookings remain subject to clinical suitability. The practitioner reserves the right to decline treatment if deemed clinically inappropriate.

6.2. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
